How to Properly Wash a Window
1. Mix the Cleaning Solution

2. Soak the Window with Cleaning Solution

3. Scrape off Stuck-on Debris

Be careful not to nick the sash frame when using the scraper and always keep the angle of the blade low relative to the glass surface.
4. Remove the Washing Solution
The last step is to hold the squeegee blade vertically, then place the top end of the blade into the upper left-hand corner where the glass and frame meet. Next, draw the blade across the glass, which will pull the cleaning solution away from the glass where you wiped.
After the initial swipe sideways, wipe the rubber blade with a microfiber cloth to dry it. Finally, make as many vertical, downward sweeps necessary with the squeegee to pull the remaining solution off the window.
